As for how this process went. It went alright. I like this discussion room for the project. Not sure on universally what is supposed to be done for LOGO packages like this, so I wish I had more concepts to choose from. But if this is pretty standard then you and your company have done well.

Hello I am very, very pleased to share with you the great work and product that logoviz have created for the Rescue Mission Baptist Church family. My ideas were presented to Jay to create a church logo and design a church web page and though I did not know how to arrange anything or even how to set my ideas up on page. Jay took what I said and made the vision a reality. Jay knew I was excited about my church information being shared with our church friends and family. He got the logo and the web site up and running as soon as all information was sent to him. The only problem I had was for me to get my church board to approve everything I needed to complete the process of our web page. Jay’s patience with us was what I needed to continue the path. It has been amazing to say the least to see what you all have done. Without you none of this would have been possible. I want to say again Thank you soooooo much!! The process, I think pretty well. Initially, the system didn't send you the draft design that I submitted when I initiated the design. I wish that would have happened seamlessly to avoid confusion. The process was slow, but you were very consistent in getting revisions within a day or two. The process of written critique is inherently slow, but efficient for designers that have a lot of customers that don't know what they want. Perhaps an alternate method would be to have a 30-min screen-share conference call where critique and design could be done in real time and completion would be almost instant. Just food for thought.
